Terms of Service

NextCoffee.ai is currently a private beta product. Features may change, be limited, or be unavailable while we test the product with early users.

The service is designed to help users draft, send, schedule, and track their own professional networking and coffee chat outreach.

Users are responsible for reviewing every draft before sending or scheduling it.

Users should only contact people where outreach is lawful, respectful, and appropriate.

Users must not use NextCoffee.ai for spam, harassment, deception, illegal activity, credential sharing, or any abusive outreach.

Gmail features require the user to explicitly connect their own Google account through Google's OAuth consent flow.

When connected, NextCoffee.ai may send user-approved emails, store message or thread identifiers, sync reply status, and support follow-up tracking.

Users can disconnect Gmail by revoking access from their Google Account permissions page or by contacting us.

AI-generated drafts may contain errors, omissions, or language that does not fit the user's intent. Users must review and edit drafts before sending.

NextCoffee.ai does not guarantee internship, job, interview, coffee chat, reply, or hiring outcomes.

Use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Users should not upload resumes or other materials that they do not have the right to use.

The service should not be used to process highly sensitive information unrelated to professional networking or recruiting preparation.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

NextCoffee.ai does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any outreach, draft, or use of the service will achieve any particular result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextCoffee.ai and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, opportunities, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which a claim is based.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of the beta at any time.

We may update these terms as the product moves from private beta to broader availability.
